"Packaging needs a bit of work"
The bottle had leaked by the time it arrived, and the box was bashed up all around. Product might be fine, but the packaging definitely needs sorting out.

My hair usually goes full puffball after I wash it, so my quick test is basically: does it calm things down without me doing a whole routine? This did. It’s not magic in the rain lol, but on normal days my hair looks way smoother and less wild. Ordering from umbertogiannini.com was easy too, which is always a plus. I’d definitely buy it again.

I really wanted to like this, and from the way it sounded I expected my hair to feel much softer and look a lot shinier. For me, it was just kind of average. I did notice maybe a slight smoothness after using it, but not enough to make me feel like it was worth the price. My hair didn’t look bad or anything, but it also didn’t have that noticeable healthy shine I was hoping for, so I ended up feeling a bit disappointed.

"My curls finally look like themselves again"
I’ve been using this my curls look so much more defined now. They have a nicer shape, less frizz, and just feel easier to style. It’s such a small thing, but seeing my curls look good again made me really happy.

I got the curl shampoo mostly hoping it wouldn’t have that overpowering perfume smell, and thankfully it doesn’t. It’s fresh and a little sweet, and my hair still smelled nice the next day, which I did like. I’m always a bit skeptical with shampoos because they can smell good but not do much else, so I’m not totally sold yet, but the scent is definitely a plus.

I really wanted to like these products, but the ingredient list made me pause. There’s a lot of fragrance and a few things that felt drying on my curls. My hair looked fine the first day, but after a few uses it got frizzy and my scalp started feeling itchy. For the price, I expected cleaner, better-quality ingredients. It kind of gave me the impression they’re more focused on making it smell nice and look marketable than actually making something great for hair.

I mean, the products are fine, I guess, but the prices feel a little ridiculous for what you actually get. Nothing was bad, but nothing really wowed me either, so it’s kind of annoying to walk away feeling like I overpaid

I used the site sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and overall it was straightforward. I was able to find the products I wanted without getting too lost, so that part was fine.
Some pages did feel a bit slow for me, and the filters weren’t always as useful as I expected. I ended up clicking around more than I thought I would just to compare a few things properly.
Checkout was simple enough though, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. I just think the site could be a bit cleaner, faster, and easier to sort through

"Refund took forever"
I returned my order thinking, okay, this should be straightforward... but nope. The whole returns process felt slow and kind of frustrating, and I kept checking like, is my refund coming or what? It did eventually get sorted, but it definitely took way longer than I expected.
